Lopez was married to former waiter Ojani Noa for one year, starting in 1997. When Lopez opened her restaurant in April of 2002, she made him the manager, but fired him shortly thereafter. Lopez then sued him to prevent him from writing a tell-all book.
Lopez married her backup dancer Chris Judd in 2001. They began their divorce proceedings in 2002. Their divorce was finalized in January of 2003.
