On February 22, 2008, fraternal twins were born to Jennifer Lopez, via husband Marc Anthony, at North Shore Memorial Hospital in Manhasset, on New York's Long Island. The boy and girl are named Max and Emme. According to sources, the birth took place in a hermetically sealed area with extensive security, in part to protect an arrangement with People Magazine, which had paid a reported $4-6M for exclusive photos of the twins. These photos were published in the magazine's March 20, 2008 issue.
