Financial adviser Jennifer Kesse vanished on January 24, 2006, in Orlando, Florida. The 24-year-old Kesse's car was discovered two days after her disappearance about a mile from her condominium complex.
Nearly three years after Kesse vanished, Florida prison inmate David Russ reportedly came forward, claiming to have information about the case. Russ met with Kesse's father, David Kesse, at the Seminole County Jail on December 23, 2008. Details about the nature of the information Russ provided were not immediately known. Despite Russ's claims, Orlando police say the information "is not some big break in the case."CNN: Inmate says he has clues about missing woman MSNBC: Exclusive: Killer Could Hold Clues In Kesse Case (January 22, 2009)
