The first single, "Spotlight," was released on June 9, 2008, and co-written by Ne-Yo.Billboard.com: Jennifer Hudson The album also features appearances by Ludacris, T-Pain, Timbaland, Missy Elliott and Fantasia.

    On February 8, 2009, the album won Best R&B Album at this year's Grammy Awards.
