Lindsay Lohan was expected to be back in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, two weeks after she was charged with felony grand theft. Lohan, who is accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store, is also on probation for an earlier DUI conviction. According to E!
