Aniston has been involved in several photo scandals, the first being in December 2005 when a photographer took shots of the star sunbathing topless. Aniston filed suit against the photographer after the photos were featured in two adult magazines. In February 2007, blog site Perez Hilton was said to have posted a stolen racy photo of Aniston taken on the set of the film The Break-Up.
