Starting out as a backup dancer in videos and on tour for the likes of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, Jenna Dewan has been able to show off her skills as a ballet and hip hop dancer in the 2006 film Step Up. She danced the same year in another big screen picture, Take the Lead with Antonio Banderas. While an accomplished dancer, Dewan is mainly pursuing acting on the big screen, appearing in a number of films in 2008 and 2009.
Dewan was spotted with a huge engagement ring on her finger at her fiancee Channing Tatum's New York premiere of his upcoming film Fighting in April of 2009.
