Jeff Rowe was drafted by the Bengals in 2007 to be one of the backup quarterbacks to Carson Palmer. Rowe played in three preseason games and completed 18 of 30 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown. Rowe did not see any playing time during the regular season as the third-string quarterback.In college, Rowe played for the University of Nevada, Reno from 2002 to 2006. He threw for a total of 7862 yards, good for fifth most in school history. In 2006, Rowe won Nevada's Golden Helmet MVP Award after leading the team to a record of 8-5.Bengals.com: Jeff Rowe
