Jeff Probst is a television personality and the host of the popular CBS reality show, Survivor. In 2001 he wrote a film called Finder's Fee earning him the Best Director and Best Picture awards at the Seattle International Film Festival.
Probst won an Emmy Award in 2009 for Outstanding Host For A Reality Or Reality-Competition Program.

Probst is an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church in Modesto, California. He performed his parents renewal of their vows in 1999. He also works with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation as a volunteer spokesperson. Probst and Julie Berry, a contestant from Survivor: Vanuatu, dated for three years.
