Jeff Fisher is a current National Football League head coach of the Tennessee Titans and former cornerback with the Chicago Bears.
On December 22, 2008, a day after the Tennessee Titans defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers by the score of 31-14, Fisher downplayed the actions of LenDale White and Keith Bulluck after the game. Bullock and White were seen stomping on the "terrible towels". The towels are used by Steeler fans while cheering the team on. They also are seen as signature representations of Steelers fans loyalty and enthusiasm. Fisher stated, "Why would it be a big deal? That if we play (the Steelers) again, they'll play harder? I don't think so. They always play hard."ESPN.com: Fisher unfazed but Cowher irked by terrible towel stomp(December 22, 2008)
