  According to reports in June of 2009, Jeff Archuleta was charged with soliciting a prostitute at a massage parlor in Midvale, Utah. He was reportedly found "receiving services" when officers raided the parlor on Junuary 14, 2009. Police Sergeant John Salazar stated "His intent going into the massage parlor was to receive sexual gratification so we cited him for solicitation of prostitution."   According to TMZ, Archuleta was banned from American Idol rehearsals after he allegedly demanded that his son change the lyrics of Ben E. King's Stand by Me to include lyrics from Sean King's Beautiful Girls, a move that cost American Idol additional fees.
