Jeanne Shaheen is a Democratic Senator from New Hampshire. Jeanne Shaheen served as Governor of New Hampshire for three terms, 2003 marking her final year. Life and Career
Jeanne was born on January 28, 1947. She graduated from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania with her Bachelor's degree, then went on to get her Master's at the University of Mississippi. Neither of her parents were college graduates.http://shaheen.senate.gov/about/biography/
Before being elected Governor or Senator, she held other jobs.
