Jean Duley is a Maryland therapist who filed a restraining order against Fort Detrick microbiologist and former client Bruce E. Ivins. Less than a week after Duley filed a restraining order alleging that Ivins was "homicidal" and "sociopathic," Ivins reportedly committed suicide by intentionally overdosing on Tylenol and codeine.
