Jdimytai Damour was a 34-year old Wal-Mart employee. Will Charges Be Filed?
New York police were investigating the death to determine if charges would be filed against the people who ran over Damour. They are reviewing surveillance tapes and may press charges. Additionally. Damour's body is also undergoing an autopsy to confirm the cause of death.
