Jay McCarroll is an American fashion designer and winner of the first season of Bravo's Project Jay.
He premieres his documentary Eleven Minutes on Logo on February 20, 2009. The film follows McCarroll as he prepares for a runway show just after his win.Variety: Eleven Minutes
Career
Jay McCarroll studied fashion at the Philadelphia University. In 1995, he dropped out and moved to London where he attended the London College of Fashion.In 2005, McCarroll won the first season of Project Runway, a fashion-based reality show on the Bravo network. Project Jay, a one-hour special aired in 2006 highlighting McCarroll's post-Project Runway career. He continues to work as a fashion designer. In 2008, he launched his site and online boutique.
