Jay Carney

Jay Carney is a journalist that has been writing for Time Magazine since 1988. Throughout his 20 year career with Time, Carney has covered politics, national and foreign affairs, and served as a Time White House Correspondent during the Clinton presidency. From September 2005 to December 2008, Carney served as Time's Washington Bureau Chief until December 15, 2008 when he was asked to be assistant and director of communications for Vice-President Elect Joe Biden.Time: Jay Carney Bio
