  • Javon Walker is an American football player who currently plays for the Oakland Raiders in the National Football League.

    Walker, who missed the last two games of the 2008 season with an ankle injury, agreed to restructure his contract with the Raiders in March of 2009.   • Brief Biography

    Walker began playing football in his junior year of high school. He attended Jones County Junior College along with future NFL receiver, Deion Branch. After two years, Walker decided to enroll at Florida State University. Two years later he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the first round of the 2002 NFL draft. In 2005, after settling a despite with Packer management, Walker tore his ACL, and was sidelined for the rest of the 2005 season. In 2006, Walker signed a five-year $40 million contract with the Denver Broncos, and only spending one year in Denver, on March 4, 2008, Walker became an Oakland Raider.
