Jason Wright is a running back for the Arizona Cardinals football team. He entered the NFL in 2004 as undrafted free agent who signed with the San Francisco 49ers. The Cardinals are Wright's fourth team. Along with the 49ers, Wright also played with the Atlanta Falcons and the Cleveland Browns.
Wright played college football at Northwestern University from 2000-03. He finished his Wildcats career as the fourth leading rusher in school history, the fourth all-time leading scorer and the third all-time leader in all-purpose yards at the school. Wright lettered in football and track at Diamond Bar High School in Diamond Bar, California. Jason Wright 2009 Season
Wright played in all 18 Cardinals games, including the postseason, as a reserve. He finished the 16-game regular season with three carries for 17 yards with a long run of eight yards against the Minnesota Vikings on December 6.
