Jason Michael Carroll is an American country music singer-songwriter whose first single, "Alyssa Lies," topped the country music charts in 2006. Later that same year his debut album, Waitin' in the Country, was released. It went certified platinum and over 500,000 copies of the album have been sold. The second single from the album was released in the summer of 2007. It entered top 10 on the country charts. Carroll has appeared on Grand Ole Opry.
