  • Jason Frasor is a right-handed pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays. The Detroit Tigers drafted Frasor in the 33rd round of the 1999 amateur draft. After three seasons in the the Tiger's minor league system, Frasor was shipped to the Los Angeles Dodgers as the player to be named later in an earlier trade where the Tigers sent Tom Farmer to the Dodgers in exchange for Hiram Bocachica. Frasor spent two seasons with Dodgers' minor league affiliates before the Blue Jays acquired the right-hander by sending outfielder Jayson Werth to the Dodgers in 2004.
  • Strengths

Frasor has a mid-90s fastball, and a very effective curve. Frasor does not require much rest between outings, adding to his value as a reliever.
  • Weaknesses

Does not have an effective change-up to compliment his lively fastball.
