    Ashley filed suit against country star John Rich from Big and Rich in May of 2009 claiming that he hit him in the face at The Club in Nashville, a private club owned by Rich. Rich, who denies the claims, countersued Ashley for defamation after Ashley disclosed the alleged assault in a Florida radio interview. Rich was booked on assault and harassment charges and was released from jail on $2,000 bail on May 28th.E!
