Janella Spears, a nursing administrator and CPR teacher, was scammed out of nearly $400,000 after receiving fraudulent e-mails that promised her $20.5 million if she fronted money to help a relative identified by the crooks as J.B. Spears. Although urged by her family to stop sending money, Spears continued wiring funds to Nigeria in hopes to redeem the $20.5 million dollars.
