Jamie Noble

Career

After a brief stint in World Championship Wrestling, Jamie Noble debuted in World Wrestling Entertainment in 2002. After feuding with Rey Mysterio, Noble won the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, which he held for several months.

He was temporarily released from the WWE in 2004, but he returned in 2005 to continue competing in the cruiserweight division. Noble had a series of comical matches with Hornswoggle, but then got on the bad side of SmackDown! general manager Vickie Guerrero.WWE.com: Conflicting Interests (October 12, 2007)

Guerrero sanctioned a match between Noble and Chuck Palumbo, but to the surprise of most fans, Noble won. Noble defeated Palumbo in subsequent matches, prompting Palumbo to blame his valet Michelle McCool for his losses.WWE.com: Rumble in the SmackDown jungle (January 11, 2008) Noble came to McCool's rescue, but the he and Palumbo continue to feud.
