James Nevan Donahue is a cousin of Olivia Palermo and has appeared on MTV's The City reality TV show. Donahue was arrested in Florida on February 26, 2007, for solicitation for prostitution after offering an undercover police officer the prescription drug Oxycontin in exchange for oral sex. Donahue was released on probation, fined and ordered to perform community service. After violating his parole a warrant for his arrest was issued in August 2008.
