James Biela was arrested in November, 2008 in connection with the sexual assault and murder of 19-year-old Brianna Denison. Denison was abducted on January 20, 2008, from a friend's home near the University of Nevada, Reno campus. Her body was discovered less than a month later in a field in south Reno. Biela pled not guilty to murder, kidnapping and sexual assault charges charges on January 2, 2009.
