Jerk Chicken Recipe
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high for 45 seconds.
- Place mixture in a re-sealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken to bag containing mixture.
- Allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Skewer chicken pieces on metal skewers.
- Prepare barbecue to medium heat.
- Boil remaining marinade for 3 minutes and use for basting.
- Cook chicken and bast frequently with left over marinade.
