Sentinel Beach

Sentinel Beach is the first area in the game with Lurker activity. No problem, just watch your step and be ready to attack. With such a large, wide-open area, there are sure to be Power Cells and other desirable items laying around everywhere, so be sure to explore every nook and cranny of the beach.

Unblock the Eco Harvesters
At the far end of the beach and on top of a short cliff, you'll find a bunch of blimp-shaped objects. These are Green Eco Harvesters, and they're all blocked off by a bunch of rocks. Use your lunge attack to clear away the rocks and charge up on Green Eco if you need some health. After all five Harvesters are cleared...

Get the Power Cell from the Pelican
You'll see a Power Cell sitting in the middle of the beach (which is under constant bombardment from a Lurker manning a cannon). It looks like an easy target, but try to grab it and a pelican will show up and snatch it out of your grasp! Why that little...! Swim out to the island containing the thieving bird's nest and he will spit the Power Cell out onto a cliff above the beach, near the windmill. He hasn't given up yet - you must now race him through the shallow water and across the beach. Use rolling jumps to cover longer distances quicker to make sure you beat him to the Power Cell.

Push the Flut-Flut Egg Off the Cliff
From the Eco Harvesters, run towards the sheer rock cliffs and leap across a few gaps - don't fall or you'll have to climb back up again. Head back in the direction of Sandover Village, hugging the cliffs. When you reach the large egg, use your lunge or spin attack to nudge it off the cliff. At the bottom of the cliff, collect your reward from the bird lady and meet your new pet - you'll be needing its help later in the game.

Chase the Seagulls
Between the Eco Harvesters and the water, there are three stone sentinels, with a flock of seagulls at the base of one. Oddly enough, they don't seem to be squawking "Mine! Mine! Mine!" As Daxter suggests, chase them around and they will recuperate at another sentinel each time. After chasing them 3 times, they will fly towards the rock cliffs and knock a Power Cell out of the rocks, which will land by the Eco Harvesters.

Explore the Beach
In the part of the beach that is being bombed, look for a Power Cell tucked away in a little alcove away from the water, past some snake Lurkers.

Climb the Sentinel
After chasing the seagulls, climb the middle sentinel to find a Power Cell waiting at the top of the stairs.

Launch Up to the Cannon Tower
You can't get this Power Cell until you activate the Blue Eco vents in Forbidden Jungle. After you do, look for the Blue Eco vent and launch pad near the sentinels. Launch yourself from launch pad to launch pad (they are located on cliffs in the ocean) until you reach the cannon tower. Take out the two Lurkers there and after you collect the Power Cell, you can use the cannon to blow up the metal boxes on the beach, which contain Precursor Orbs.

Scout Fly Locations
- Among a cache of chests right by the entrance to the beach.
- Near the sentinels, there is a small cave with two wooden posts sticking down from the ceiling. Use your lunge jump several times to punch them up, then climb on top of them to reach a ledge with a Scout Fly.
- Along the path leading to the Flut-Flut egg.
- Across a bridge near where the Flut-Flut egg lands.
- On top of the left sentinel.
- On the beach, just below the waterfall.
- On a high ledge near the Eco Harvesters.
