  • August 21, 2008: International Olympic Committee chief Jacques Rogge scolded Jamaican Olympian sprinter Usain Bolt for not showing enough respect to his fellow competitors. Rogge commented on Bolt's 100m world-record breaking Olympic sprint, in which Bolt had pounded his fists on his chest and raised his arms in victory before crossing the finish line.
