Jack Cust

    The Arizona Diamondbacks originally selected Cust in the first round of the 1997 draft. Cust made his MLB debut for the Diamondbacks in 2001, but the following season he was traded to the Colorado Rockies along with J.D. Closser in exchange for Mike Myers. After a season in Colorado, the Rockies sent Cust to the Baltimore Orioles for Chris Richard. Cust signed with the San Diego Padres as a free agent in 2005, who then traded him to the Oakland Athletics for a player to be named later.
