The Isle of Dogs is an island in the East End of London accessible by crossing the eastern and western bridges of the London Docklands. The Isle of Dogs is considered part of both the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the London Docklands.

The Isle of Dogs was featured heavily in the 2007 film 28 Weeks Later. The Isle of Dogs was portrayed in the film as the only part of London suitable for recolonization after most of its inhabitants died of the "rage virus" in the 2002 film 28 Days Later.
