  On October 28, 2008, new details emerged about the incident. Reportedly the officers arrived at the scene to find a 47 year old man unconscious. Police gave the person oxygen until an ambulance arrived. The incident was not labeled a suicide attempt because no note was found and the person did not have a history of depression.
