Isaiah Washington is a film and television actor who played Dr. Preston Burke on the television show Grey's Anatomy. His contract was not renewed on Grey's Anatomy for the 2007 season after he Washington allegedly made homophobic remarks against his co-star T.R. Knight.
On March 24, 2009, Radaronline reported that Washington may be evicted from his Los Angeles home because he was allegedly five months behind in rental payments, a total of $100,000. Washington and his wife Jenisa were reportedly served with a "3-day notice to pay rent or quit" and his landlord filed unlawful detainer papers.
