Is Anybody There? Synopsis
Is Anybody There? tells the tale of 10-year old Edward. Edward lives in a retirement home run by his parents in seaside town in 1980's England. His parents are too busy with the day to day operations of the business and their own personal lives to notice that Edward is becoming increasingly preoccupied with the deaths and possible after life of the residents at the retirement home. One day Clarence, a retired magician played by Michael Caine, arrives at the home. He quickly takes Edward under his wing and inspires Edward to look at the joys of living a full life instead of focusing on the end of it.Official Site: Is Anybody There?
