• Controversy

  In 1987, Khosrow and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan were pulled over by police after a WWF event. Duggan was found to be under the influence of marijuana while Khosrow was on cocaine. Duggan was released from the company and Khosrow was put on probation. Khosrow was eventually also released from the WWF.

  The Iron Sheik continues to make various media appearances, occasionally creating controversy. He has made several appearance on Howard Stern's show and even hosted The Iron Sheik Show on Howard 101.

  Iron Sheik makes no secret of his dislike for wrestlers such as Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior. He has also broken into public tirades regarding them and other parties to which he does not find accord.
