Irina Lazareanu is a Canadian model. Lazareanu is known for her quirky, vintage-inspired style which, has contributed to her modeling career. Lazareanu got her big break through her acquaintance with supermodel Kate Moss and by modeling for the clothing line Top Shop. Lazareanu met musician Pete Doherty at age 15 whom, she also dated and was briefly engaged to. It was recently reported that Irina is recording a folk album which is being produced by Sean Lennon. At 17 Lazareanu attended an open call and ended up signing with Giovanni modeling agency in Montreal. Lazareanu's big break was when she was chosen by Kate Moss to model for the December/January issue of Paris Vogue. Lazareanu has modeled for many top designers, including Chanel, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, Lanvin and Versace.
