iPhone Tips
- Restart an iPhone: To restart your iPhone hold the Sleep/Wake button down for several seconds. A red slide bar will appear, slide your finger across it to begin the shut down process. Once complete, click the same button to restart the phone.
- Force Quit an Application: Hold the home button (the large round button on the face of the phone) for 6 seconds. This should force quit the application that is currently open. If it does not resolve the issue, perform a full restart of the phone.
- Restore an iPhone: Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB and start iTunes. Click the iPhone icon on the left hand side of iTunes. Click the restore tab to begin the process. Please note this will delete all files and settings.
