IPhone 3G Release Date

On June 9, 2008, Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced the release date for the 3G iPhone during his keynote address at the 2008 WWDC conference.

Jobs said the newest generation iPhone would be available on July 11, 2008 in 22 countries.
