The Apple iPad tablet was revealed on January 27, 2010. Before the iPad was officially introduced to the public, there were already several iPad videos leaked to YouTube. The iPad is a wireless device handheld device that functions like a laptop but has a single, large, flat, touch screen display. It has been compared to a large version of the iPod.
The iPad has received mixed reviews. Some were impressed by the gadget while others joked about how the name 'iPad' is reminiscent of a feminine hygiene product. Others noted that device lacks features like the ability to multitask, does not have a built-in camera like other Apple products and does not support Flash.
