Intercepting the Mana Cells WoW

Intercepting the Mana Cells is part of the Shattered Sun Offensive storyline provided in World of Warcraft's 2.4 patch released on March 25, 2008. Travel to Bashir’s Landing on the northern plateau of Blade's Edge Mountains and kill the ethereals until the Bash'ir Phasing Device is located. The device will render you invisible to the NPCs at the landing. While invisible, clear the Phase Wyrms and collect 10 Smuggled Mana Cells. Return them to Exarch Nasuun on the Terrace of Light in Shattrath City. When completed, this becomes the quest: Maintaining the Sunwell Portal.
