Inland Empire is a 2006 film, written and directed by David Lynch. It stars Lynch regular Laura Dern as well as Justin Theroux, Harry Dean Stanton and Jeremy Irons.
Plot Summary
While preparing for her role as the lead actress in the movie "On High in Blue Tomorrows," actress Nikki Grace Krol finds herself attracted to her co-star. They know that the two stars who previously had their roles had been murdered. After some oddities on the set, Nikki's mental state devolves into a nightmarish existence of multiple personas and characters.
