Each of the eighteen characters in Infinite Undiscovery possess a wide range of skills and abilities.

Infinite Undiscovery has the requisite healing, magical and ranged characters, but there are also some unique character abilities in the game. For example, Rico can charm enemies into becoming allies, another character can talk to animals and the game's hero, Capell, can play a flute that "performs important supplementary functions."
