inFamous is an action-adventure game developed by Sucker Punch exclusively for the PS3. The game is set in a free-roaming world where the main character, who mysteriously develops super powers, must choose between being a hero or an anti-hero.

Storyline
The main character, Cole, was in downtown Empire City delivering a package when there was a sudden, large explosion. Cole barely survived, while many others died in the blast. After the explosion, the city began rioting and, eventually, powerful criminals started to take over. Empire City is now quarantined from the rest of the country and the media blames Cole for the blast because he was seen at the scene of the crime. As Cole is hunted by the law, he searches for the people behind the explosion. His mysterious ability to manipulate electrical energy will help him in his journey, but first he needs to figure out how to use them effectively.Developer Site: inFamousFree DLC offer
Sucker Punch has made its Gigawatt Blades ability DLC available free of charge on December 10 2009. This ability was previously only available to pre-order purchases of the game at Gamestop.
