inFamous 2 is an upcoming action video game and the sequel to inFamous. The title is currently under development and will be released in 2011. The game’s story follows the events started in inFamous, back in 2009. Cole MacGrath fights The Beast from the beginning of the game. He is almost killed in the fight, but he manages to escape. In New Marais, Cole and his friend Zeke will encounter a new force known as The Millitia. As of July 2010, there is little information about the gameplay elements players will experience in inFamous 2.

While in the first game, Cole became a hero; in inFamous 2 he will try to become a super-hero.
