Indigo Prophecy, also known as Fahrenheit, is an adventure game developed by Quantic Dream for the original Xbox, PS2, and PC platform. It was later made available for purchase on Microsoft's Xbox Originals digital download service via Xbox Live.

Set against the New York City backdrop, the story chronicles the plight of Lucas Kane, a man who becomes the target of a manhunt after he unknowingly murders a restaurant patron in a bathroom. Pacnicked and unable to recall the horrible event that took place just moments prior, he flees the scene, unaware that he is about to stumble onto a prophecy that goes back several millenia.

Players interact with the environment and all of the objects placed within it via context based menus. It is also worth noting that the plot can change drastically depending on the type of decisions you make and how you direct your conversations with other characters. For example, in the opening scene, the investigators who analyze the crime scene may discover more clues or end up with a better description of Lucas if he is not careful in how he hides the evidence, cleans the mess, and escapes the diner.
