A new study that will be published in Cancer on October 1, 2008 shows that inhaling incense may increase the risk for developing cancer. While previous research on a link between incense and cancer has been inconclusive, new evidence is showing that such a tie is quite possible. When incense is burned, it allegedly releases a mixture of carcinogens.
