Hitting the U.S. in 2007, the bag found itself selling out within 2 hours at most retailers. As of 2008, the bag can be found online by some private sellers.

• About the Designer

  Essex born Hindmarch was given an old Gucci handbag at the age of 16 which inspired her to start designing purses. By the age of 19, Hindmarch opened a small handbag shop based on Italian designs and her love of architecture. Years later the shop has evolved into The Hindmarch Company which has over 60 shops around the world. She designs three collections a year and has even ventured into iPod carriers and luggage.
