I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! is a British based reality TV series. The American version of the show will air four nights a week beginning in June of 2009 on NBC. It originally aired in the United States in 2003, hosted by John Lehr. Contestants are dropped in the jungle, Survivor style and will compete in weekly challenges. Rod Blagojevich had accepted an offer to be a contestant on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, but was not able to join the cast because he had to get approval from the judge for leniency as the show would be taped in Costa Rica, outside of where he is currently allowed to travel. It was announced on April 21, 2009, that Blagovevich could not be cast on the show and that he wasn't taking his defense trial serious enough.
