Ilya Dall is the former girlfriend of baseball player Roberto Alomar. The couple started dating in 2002 and broke up in October 2008. Dall has filed a negligence lawsuit against Alomar, claiming that he had AIDS, and unprotected sex with her while having AIDS. In the lawsuit, Dall says Alomar told her when they started dating that he had tested negative for HIV. Due to health problems such as cold sores, having a blood disorder sometimes associated with HIV and a persistent cold, his doctors told him to get tested for HIV, but he refused, the lawsuit claims. He finally tested positive in 2006. Dall says the doctors concluded that the HIV had developed into AIDS.
