Ignighter is a free online group dating and social networking site founded in 2007. Ignighter allows users to create an online profile for them and their friends and then browse the profiles of other groups in their area. Groups can then contact one another to get together for a group date that is safer and less awkward than a one-on-one date setting.

Fresh out of college and single in New York, Sachs and Osit realized how hard it is to break away from your usual group of friends to meet new people.
