In the 2010 NCAA Football season, the Vandals opened their season by splitting their first eight games with an even four wins and four losses. They went on to finish the year with a 6-7 overall record including going 2-5 in conference games. Idaho Football History
After their first season of football in 1893, the Idaho Vandals played several seasons as an independent team and without a conference affiliation. Idaho Football 2010 Promo
Prior to the 2010 college football season, a promotional clip showcasing the Idaho Vandals football team was released. The promo shows footage from past games played by the Vandals, including against the likes of the Boise State Broncos football team and others. The players can be seen on the field and walking through the tunnel into the stadium along with their fans cheering from the stands.
